We’ve identified and resolved an issue with parcel tracking links included in our shipment notification which impacted your international customers from automatically retrieving parcel tracking information.
Between April 12th and April 16th, a generic link was included in the shipment notification requiring customers to enter their order number and email address to retrieve tracking information.
As of 12:55 PM ET today, April 16th, our team has resolved the issue. Going forward the shipment notification messages will contain the correct tracking links.
We are working on sending out an email to the affected buyers with the correct tracking links.
