Scheduled - The USPS has scheduled maintenance on the Product Tracking Reporting (PTR) system. During the maintenance window, the USPS will not be processing manifest files or providing scan events for tracking numbers. Once the maintenance window is completed, the USPS will work through the backlog of files.

During the maintenance window On Demand Tracking will work, however, scan events created during the maintenance window will NOT be reported until the maintenance window is completed. The tracking functionality on the USPS website will have the same functionality as the On Demand Tracking during the maintenance window.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing technical issues with our PB Expedited Delivery Services PRODUCTION environment that may prevent you from using the Transaction Report API Services.

This has only impacted our Transaction Report API services there is no impact on Create, Rate and Verify Shipment APIs.

Our Emergency Response Team is investigating to determine the full scope of the outage and will be working to restore the operation of the APIs. We will send you an update as quickly as possible.
