Our virtual credit card provider, WEX Inc., has announced a scheduled maintenance period from Saturday February 1st, 2020 at 10:00pm EST to Sunday February 2nd, 2020 at 1:00am EST.

During the time window indicated, you will not be able to retrieve Pitney Bowes purchase order (PO) files or use our automated order placement service for orders that have not been assigned a virtual credit card at the start of the maintenance window. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process.

We'll be performing system maintenance in our Production environment on Sunday, January 26, 2020 starting at 3:00 AM EST and ending at 3:45 AM EST.

During this maintenance, all Borderfree Production services, except Envoy/API Checkout, will be unavailable. Note that this does not impact international shopping on your site; your international customers will be able to submit orders as usual during the maintenance. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process and submit catalogs for processing.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen our PB Shipping APIs system infrastructure, we will be performing system maintenance in our PB Shipping APIs PRODUCTION environment on Saturday, January 25, 2020, beginning at 9:00 PM ET with expected completion 2 hours later.

The scheduled maintenance involves renewing our SSL certificates. During this time you may receive intermittent errors.
