Scheduled - Dear Borderfree Merchant,

Our virtual credit card provider, WEX Inc., has announced a scheduled maintenance period from Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 1:00 AM ET to 6:00 AM ET and 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET.

During the time window indicated, you may experience intermittent delay with purchase order (PO) files generation for orders that have not been assigned a virtual credit card at the start of the maintenance window. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process.

Start and end date and time: 08/07/2022 01:00 AM ET - 06:00 AM ET and 9:00 AM ET - 1:00 PM ET

Resolved - At this time we see full functionality in the PB Expedited and PB Standard APIs. We are closing this incident, but will continue to monitor.

Monitoring - Our Emergency Response Team has taken mitigation steps and we are seeing a large reduction in errors. We have not seen a Create Label or a Rates request error for more than 30 minutes. We are seeing very small numbers of Address Verification and Cancel Shipment errors.

We continue to monitor and will update again soon.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing technical issues with our PB Expedited and PB Standard PRODUCTION environment that may prevent you from using all features of our APIs

Our Emergency Response Team is investigating to determine the full scope of the outage and will be working to restore the operation of the APIs. We will send you an update as quickly as possible.
