Resolved - We experienced a technical issue earlier today. At this time we see full functionality in the Expedited Delivery Services on SANDBOX environment. We continue to closely monitor the situation.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing technical issues with our PB Expedited Delivery Services SANDBOX environment that may prevent you from using all features of the Expedited Delivery Services.
This issue is only impacting Cancel and Rate Shipment on the SANDBOX environment. PRODUCTION environment is not affected.

Our Emergency Response Team is investigating to determine the full scope of the outage and will be working to restore the operation of the APIs. We will send you an update as quickly as possible.

Scheduled - The USPS has scheduled maintenance on the Product Tracking Reporting (PTR) system. During the maintenance window, the USPS will not be processing manifest files or providing scan events for tracking numbers. Once the maintenance window is completed, the USPS will work through the backlog of files.

During the maintenance window On Demand Tracking will work, however scan events created during the maintenance window will NOT be reported until the maintenance window is completed. The tracking functionality on the USPS website will have the same functionality as the On Demand Tracking during the maintenance window.
