We'll be performing system maintenance in our Production environment on Sunday, October 9, 2022 starting at 2:00 AM EST and ending at 2:30 AM EST.

During this maintenance, all Borderfree Production services, except Envoy/API Checkout, will be unavailable. Note that this does not impact international shopping on your site; your international customers will be able to submit orders as usual during the maintenance. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process and submit catalogs for processing.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen the Consumer Connect infrastructure, we will be performing system maintenance on Friday, September 30, 12:00 AM ET for 1 hour. During the 1 hour window, there will be up to 10 minutes of downtime of the RETURNS functionality.

Description:
We will be making modifications to the RETURNS functionality within Consumer Connect which will improve overall performance and stability.

During the time window indicated, you may experience intermittent delay with purchase order (PO) files generation for orders that have not been assigned a virtual credit card at the start of the maintenance window. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process.
