New Pitney Bowes API Status Page Announcement
Incident Report for PB Products
Resolved
Dear Valued Pitney Bowes Client,

Pitney Bowes is migrating to a new Status Page on October 28th 2024. Due to security reasons, we cannot transfer your existing communication preferences. To continue receiving Status Page communications, please follow these steps to re-subscribe.

1. Go to our new Status Page (https://status.pitneybowes.com/)
2. In the top right-hand corner, click the “Subscribe” button.
3. Select how you would like to receive Status Page communications (Email, SMS Text, Slack, and Web-hooks). Enter the requested information, and click the “Subscribe VIA“ button.
4. Complete the security verification. This could be an email, SMS Text message or a CAPTCHA.
5. By default, all items are selected. Deselect the components you would NOT like to receive notifications for and click the “SAVE” button on the bottom right of the screen. As you are using the “eCommerce APIs (Shipping APIs)” we recommend leaving the “eCommerce APIs (Shipping APIs)” selected and deselecting the other Pitney Bowes solutions you are not using.

Please note the current Status Page (https://apistatus.pitneybowes.com/) will be retired on October 28. If you have any questions, please contact the Client Support Tech Services team at ClientSupportTechServices@pb.com.

Thank you for your continued support.
