We'll be performing system maintenance in our Production environment on Sunday, September 15, 2019 starting at 8:00 AM GMT and ending at 10:00 AM GMT.
During this maintenance, all Borderfree Production services, except Envoy/API Checkout, will be unavailable. Note that this does not impact international shopping on your site; your international customers will be able to submit orders as usual during the maintenance. Please be assured that after the scheduled maintenance, you will be able to retrieve PO files — including PO files generated during the maintenance window — according to your standard retrieval process and submit catalogs for processing.
