Between 10:42 AM ET and 10:48 AM ET today, Pitney Bowes Shipping APIs experienced a disruption in service. The issue was resolved quickly and we are currently researching the root cause. All Shipping APIs are performing normally at this time. During the 6 minute incident, you may have experienced an error when trying to Create a label or request Shipping Rates.
