As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen the our PB Shipping APIs system infrastructure, we will be performing system maintenance in our PB Transaction Reports API in the PRODUCTION environment on Sunday, April 5, 2020, beginning at 2:00 AM ET and continuing for 16 to 20 hours.

Description:
Modifications to the underlying PB Shipping APIs Transaction Reports subsystem to improve overall system performance and stability.

Possible Downtime:
NO DOWNTIME EXPECTED, however any shipments which are created during the maintenance window will not be included in the Transaction reports API response until the maintenance window is completed. Reports for transactions which occurred in other time periods prior to the maintenance window will be included in the reports correctly.

Possible Action Required:
To view shipments created during the maintenance window, submit the Transaction Report API request after the maintenance window completes, which would be after 10:00 PM ET Sunday, April 5. If you experience any other issues during the maintenance window, please contact the PB Shipping API Support Team at ClientServicesTechSupport@pb.com.
