This maintenance activity has been extended and no new signup requests will be accepted.  This functionality will resume Tuesday 07:00 AM ET.

New merchant signup through the Merchant Portal will be in maintenance this weekend, and no new signup requests will be accepted.  New signups will resume on Monday morning at 07:00 AM ET. The rest of the merchant portal functionalities are not affected.
