For a brief time today, Pitney Bowes Expedited Delivery Services experienced a disruption for Create Shipment and Rate Shipment in service. The issue was resolved very quickly and all Shipping APIs are performing normally at this time. ref:_00D309tI._5005x1n2d7u:ref
