The PB Complete Shipping APIs Transaction reports in the PRODUCTION environment will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - 8:30 PM ET for approximately 13 Hours.

TRANSACTION REPORTS are the ONLY functionality expected to be impacted by this update. All other Shipping APIs should be working normally.

Possible Action Required: During this maintenance window the data returned by the Transaction Reports API may not be up to date. If you encounter issues, please try your operation again after the maintenance window concludes (March 28, 2019 - 9:30 AM ET). If you experience issues with the Shipping API Production Environment after the maintenance window, please contact the PB Shipping API Support Team at ShippingAPISupport@pb.com.
